Combining micromachining technologies for the industrial production of microfluidic devices

Project details

Abbreviation: LORHY

Start date: 2024-10-24End date: 2028-10-24

Funding: Barne-finantzaketa

Description

The project aims to develop a hybrid manufacturing process combining femtosecond laser and conventional micromachining technologies for application in the industrial production of microfluidic devices. In addition, the use of laser texturing will be analysed for the generation of polymeric surfaces that promote cellular functions such as adhesion and proliferation.
