Description

Development of a range of breaded meat derivatives made with Euskal Okela meat and ready to be cooked, which adapt to current consumption patterns in terms of health, offering a quality product with the attributes of meat, without allergens and which do not involve an increase in calories due to the absorption of oil during cooking, offering an alternative preparation by baking or airfrying.
