Description

Development of a range of dressings and/or creams of high sensory quality made mainly from a base of organic apple vinegar from natural cider produced in Gipuzkoa. It would consist of a range of sauces designed for use in professional kitchens for application on grills, salads, embers, etc.

The aim is to offer a solution to catering professionals by offering a range of condiments of high gastronomic value made from locally produced vinegars.
