Description

Through this study, rural entrepreneur Ainitze Sala Insausti aims to analyse the technical and technological feasibility of developing an innovative, organic dietary supplement using medicinal plants and natural, organic, native ingredients, drawing on the resources of the edible forest created in her rural community of Beiztinberri. This is because the development of new products is essential to launching a new business model. This study will be carried out by the Leartiker S.Coop Technology Centre, which has been commissioned by Ainitze to provide consultancy services.
